How many previous cycles have you done? How many calories are you eating a day? How many times a day are you eating? How many times a week are you training? You need to give more info for someone to help you out bro. ------------------ | ||

first cycle 4000-6000 calories a day 300-400 grams of protein I weigh 228 pounds training for 6 years, 3 serious, feb-sep this year I was laid up for a blown disc (L5S1) training on a 4 1 split 1 Chest 2 back 3 arms 4 shoulders and legs occasional two day rest if needed ------------------ | ||

You are not growing on those calories and that amount of sust but you have been using it for 7 wks. How many more weeks do you have left. There is no point in rasing to 750mgs/wk for only 2 more weeks. I wouldnt recommend using for more than 10 wks on a first cycle. The deca may be able to aid you in achieving more muscle. Eat more calories and more protein. If you aint growing then you can't be eating enough. If you can get a hold of some dbo in the nest few days I would use them for 5 wks @ 30mgs/day alongside the Deca. That should give you gains. ------------------ | ||

had originally planned on a 12 week cycle 1-12 sust 5-12 deca ...but... got fucked on the deca and was shooting bunk shit for two weeks- so now I am looking at at extended the overall lenght to include 8 weeks of deca which will push me to 14 total of sust. I originally put on 20 solid pounds in the first 4 weeks with the sust and maintained until this week (1 week into the deca) and finally put on another 8 pounds so far this week. ------------------ | ||

Try switching up your training routine and increasing your caloric intake. Treat it like any other plateau you have reached and break through it. Switch over to higher or lower rep workouts, change your tempo, and change your workload. You are also heavier now so you will have to eat more than previously to gain weight. You are probably just burning out after 8 super intense weeks of training. You just have to push through or take it easy and call it a cycle. giantset ------------------ | ||
