6'2 200lbs now. after my last cycle at got to about 215, but the I had to take a 8 wk. lay-off. Now I am back to the beginning. I want to at least gain back what I lost, if not more. I am not into over-juicing or anything like that, but I will usually do what it takes if I think it is moderately safe. I hit the gym about 4 days a week, spending about an 1 1/2 on each part also including 2 days of cardio. I am going to start my next cycle in one week, so I really need some input. THANKS ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

After a layoff, I think you can make some decent gains in the first couple of weeks. I'm not sure I read your post right, but you might want to wait a couple of weeks until your strength gets back up, then hit the juice. If you push too hard right after a layoff, you can hurt yourself, so be wary. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I agree try and gain natural until you hit a plateau then try a d-bol,sust, decca/eq cycle this is a cycle that you can make awesome gains at low dosages ![]() ![]() ![]() |
