All the reading I do says sus is good for beginners. Say you should get good results by just taking 250 a week. Everyone on the board says you must do at least 500??? I was planing on doing 250 a week for 8weeks. I was going to just add winny to it at 50 a day. Should have enough winny for 6 weeks.Was going to start it at week 4 of the sus. I am 6'4 208 right now. A year ago I weighed in at 235. Did alot of running. even ran a marathon. I still run quit a bit. Want to get back up to 220. I know I won't gain this much off this. But with the cycle and what I can gain Natural. I should be good. from what I read the sus and winny should give me good strength and endurance gains. Should help with my running Think this should give me a good start. 20 a week? im sure you meant 250. at 6'4" and 208 you should have really low bf and your diet is probably spot-on. this is your first cycle so as long as you keep your diet clean and get plenty of rest you should see a nice gain, say 12-15 lbs or more of LBM and keep the vast majority of it. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
