I was reading through the archives last night and I saw a few interesting post about Arimidex eliminating gyno. I have only had gyno for about 4-5 weeks. Would Arimidex help me?

I always thought the purpose of Arimidex was to stop gyno from happening, not cure any pre-existing gyno. It may help along with Nolvadex.
But I'm not positive so I will bump this up for ya.

Once you have gyno, no drug treatment can remove it. Surgery is the only option.

Arimidex prevents gyno, it doesn't cure it.

I'm not going to guarantee it but if you think you have gyno, you should just diet with ECA/Clen/Winny(low doses)/Arimidex/Clomid. I know that will be expensive but it beats surgery anyday. You'll lose a ton of fat, look better. And probably lose the majority of fat under your nipples.

My friend had mild gyno and did a Winny only cycle and now you can't even notice.

I don't think that dieting will help any since it's not fat, but lumps under my nipples and I'm already at 6-7% BF. As far as nothing helping gyno once you get it except for surgery, that is what I thought too. But if you search the archives, you'll find some bros that said that Arimidex actually helped it go away.

No diet will not help at all.
It's literally a breast guys, not just fatty tissue. Yes, some of it is indeed fatty tissue but trust me gynocomastia is when men grow breasts.

Just call any clinic, they'd be happy to explain.

If you want to get rid of gyno, go to a surgeon.
