Not much difference really but most people would say that it's best to divide the dose every 3 days due to the prop. (stabler levels). ------------------ | ||

I was waiting for this question to pop up. I'm going to do 250 E3D with a little eq mixed in. If somebody wanted to be a little cheap could they alt between sust and another ester? I was thinking prop cause it would maintain a good level of prop throught the cycle. Use 250mgs of sust then 50-100mgs of prop. So you'd be taking sust every six days with a shot of prop in the middle.. Just an ideal. What do you'll think??? | ||

Vevon, Res took the words out of my my, why solicite an arguement like that. I would shot it in one go. 30mg of prop is'nt worth a shite, neither is 30mg eod. Have you ever tried Veromon, if it came in 30mg amp nobody would use it. Testoviron Depot has 50mg of prop and nobody says you should splite the shots. The only reason I would splite 500mg Sustanon is if you were getting sever pain form the 500mg. I've kept away from Sustanon for a long time because I was getting such bad pain from the shots, even at 250mg when I split them. I'm currently on 1g sus split into 2 500mg shots twice a week, the pain is'nt too bad this time but the swelling is very bad this second week. Anyway what I'm saying is that I don't split the shot to take advange of just 30mg (@ 250mg) or 60mg (@ 500mg). I doubt even a woman would see any advantage in taking 30mg of prop. There's also scare tissue to take into account. Why take two useless shots (if the prop is the deciding factor) and risk added scar tissue when you could get in all done with 1 shot. bouncer, there are 30 mg of propionate - yes. But there are 60 mg of phenypropionate also, don't forget it! Phenylpropionate will extend the release of active steroid a few days longer than propionate, perhaps from 72 to 96 hours. So we are already talking about 90mgs, not a 30... To keep plasma levels constant, injections are given at least twice weekly. Injecting once a week completely sucks! | ||

I`m injecting sustanon everyday so it doesn`t matter to me I`m agree with Vovan completely. Split your injections guys! Taking weekly dosage in one shot is a mistake! |
