i use a 21 guage 1 inch in my delts... thats less painful than my ass... i guess everyones different. hope i could help ------------------ Life is short | ||

With Sust, I really believe it isn't the needle size that is causing the pain...anything from 21-25 guage should be fine. Sust has something...either the alcohol or the prop that cause more pain the other injectables...I don't think anyone knows for sure why. I've picked up these suggestions from other threads: 1) heat the oil up a a little 2) inject the oil very, very slowly...like 1 min/cc Goodluck....I'm about to go through the same shit here real soon....
