It is great to be back here after a forced vacation of a few months has kept me off the internet. Some things never change though I still see the exact same topics here now that were here then . Hey bro are you referring to the DNP incident ?? All is well now as far as that goes. And I am starting to get seriously back into training with the hopes of getting into a strongman contest being held here soon. | ||

Thanks to all the bros that replied it is good to see you all again. With the DNP bro well I had used it before with no worries and new a shitload about it but the bottom line is I just got careless and stopped my water and antioxident intake too soon and ended up at the hospital I was so hot it felt like my skin was on fire. But anyway I learnt from it and am more knowledgable for it. Luca |
