Running. If i run about an hour a day for a week i'll drop about 5-10lbs. Of course i'm bundled up in sweats and running in 90 degree weather. | ||

PapaSmurf that is a sack of lies: 5-10lbs in a week=BULLSHITT. That equates to a deficit of 17500-35000Kcal/week. That's 2500-5000Kcal/day. Unless you run 2 marathons a day that is impossible. With Clen, maximal fat loss is 3-4lbs of fat a week. | ||

Fonz,Papa Smurf didn't state his calorie intake,so although 10lbs in a week sounds steep,it is feasible to lose that much albeit mostly water when running in 90 degree weather with a few layers of clothing on. I've done it myself but never again.Losing that much water made me look as flat as hell & feeling like crap. ------------------ | ||

Ok, let's get scientific: A normal body holds about 425g of glycogen(300 in the muscles+125 in the liver). In order to store carbohydrates as glycogen, our bodies complex it with water. Exactly 4g of water for every gram of carbohydrate. godspeed | ||

About 2 lbs a week of fatloss is about the average limit for naturals and some muscle loss is evident even at that level. If you use enough androgens I think it would be possible for some to lose 4 lbs of fat a week and spare most of their muscle. I can not loose that much unless I use DNP but I my body wants to hold onto my fat stores. I wouldn't really worry too much about what the scale says anyways. If it is evident in the mirror then you are definately making progress. Also, the higher your bodyfat percentage, the faster the weight will come off. As your bodyfat percentage drops it will become more difficult to loose fat. Studies have proven that fat loss stops around the 6th month of a diet and 90 percent of your fatloss occurs in the first 3 months. So it would be in your best interest to take some time off every 3 or 4 months. Good luck. I'll be here fighting the fat monster as well. giantset ------------------ | ||

You'll probably lose alot more on the initial weeks of your diet due to both water and fat loss. However, I'd be careful NOT to lose more than 2lbs/wk just to be safe. There are a lot of diet gurus out there who may be able to push the envelope, but I wouldn't chance it if I were you. My .02 ------------------ | ||

You can do it with DNP but you won't be doing too much else....you'll have just about no energy and sweat through your sheets....it can cause some problems at work. | ||

The most I have ever lost while on both Clen and ECA+Yohimbine+T3/Dbol/winny/andriol and Anavar is 4.5lbs of fat in one week. I followed a ketogenic diet and lost only .3lbs of muscle. On DNP(with nothing else), I lost 10.5lbs of fat in one week using 10mg/Kg. Muscle loss was .6lbs. If you keep the carbs very low, you will not sweat a lot. Used GHB+keto diet while on the DNP. Since then, I always use DNP for cutting. I mean why take 10 weeks to diet when you can do it in 4-5 weeks, both safely and effectively. Gives more time for bulk cycles. godspeed godspeed |
