Guy's forgive me, this is kind'a of topic. However I've just started a 1g sus/ 300mg primo per week cycle and I have the time to train twice a day if I wish. If you could do this would you ?, have you ?, and what routine would you recommend ?. At the moment I work one body part per week and it works great for me. Regards. Bouncer

I HAVE THE TIME TO TRAIN 2 TIMES A DAY BUT I PREFER TO ONLY TRAIN ONCE VERY HARD UNTIL I AM VERY TIRED. AFTER AN HOUR IN THE GYM I COME OUT TIRED AND I KNOW I HAVE HAD A GOOD WORKOUT. I'LL BUMP THIS THOUGH, I AM INTERESTED TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY ADVANTAGES TO TRAINING 2 TIMES A DAY. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR CYCLE BRO. M18

I see advantages to training twice a day. For instance, when benching or doing shoulders, these exercises work the triceps indirectly, therefore making them tired before you actually train them. If you could rest after doing chest or shoulders then go back & train triceps I believe you could probably go alot heavier. Same goes for back & biceps. But I prefer to workout in one session for about an hour. That's just me though. |
