Well, on Dec. 1 I started my first cycle consisting of - Week 1-8 Sust. 500 Nolvas Primo Clomid - all that good stuff. 21 years old, 5'10 183lbs 17-20% (fat ass for winter) I'm EXTREMELY carb sensitive, so after Monday i will drop the cals. to 2800-3000 and go 35-40% 40-45% 15-20%. I hope to still be able to slap on LBM while kickstarting some fat burning. So please help me out with some comments and suggestions please!!!!!!!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The dbol is going to result in some water. You are obviously investing time and money in your cycle, so I wouldn't be too aggressive in cutting calories. I think you might want to pack on as much lean body mass as you can, then strip the fat off later. I think if you limit your calories, you'll be playing against the strength of the Sust/deca/dbol stack, but this is just my opinion. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Once you stop the dbol, the water will go away. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Pauly, you have the best signature. I agree with moondog, don't drop the cals til week nine. Use that last month to cut with the winny/primo. Build al the muscle you can for eight weeks. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

The d-bol is causing most of the watr retention. Once off and the winny comes in you should get leaner. I, personally, would NEVER take DNP. To me shooting an oilbase in my vein is a lot less risky than that shit. But its your decision so good luck. Happy Growing! and Merry Christmas! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well, you're basically in week 4 of your cycle, right. I assume from what you wrote that you're not tapering down the 35 mgs of dbol. You might want to start doing that, though its kind of late. You said you are carb sensitive -- so am I. I think a decent compromise to your dilemna would be to keep your calories at the same level, but to drop you carbs a bit, not both. I think this is a decent compromise. Nobody is going to know your body as well as you, so you are really the ultimate authority. I don't know what your diet looks like in terms of real food vs. shakes, but you should be able to tinker your diet with the right protein drink. Switching from a meal replacement to straight protein could help you knock down the carbs a bit. Add another shake a day, and the additional protein cals will make up for the lost carb cals. You might want to try this. If you already avoid carbs in your shakes, then its a little more difficult, but I'm sure you can manage. You appear to be top of things. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
