i did it on my shoulder day . i was doing pull ups and it was the begaining of my work out and i felt something rip in my arm and it hurt like a bitch.i havent lifted in a week its the first time i took off this long in a year and a half .there is no bruise on my bi it just hurts when i lift heavy .what would u guys do? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

That's happened to me on both arms, and it sucks. The last time was when I was trying to reposition a car a'la Franco Columbu. The funny thing is that after the tear my bicep got a better peak. That was cool. I had to avoid preacher curls and straightbar curls for a while. In the workouts where I'd normally hit bis I did more forearm work. Reverse curls and cross body hammer curls didn't agravate the injury, so I worked those in too. When working back I also pre-exausted and used grips that didn't hit the bis as much. Also check about ART or myofascial release. I had alot of scar tissue buildup. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
