well i just got done bulking and i was taking in 800grams a day but while cutting, i'd say between 50-150grams, but i am not sure. i am going to start cutting very soon and i need to know the same thing so i'll bump this for you ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

150 gs of carbs isn't alot. A bagel probably has about 55gs of carbs, for example. You need to play around with the level yourself. If you can, the first thing you should do is cut the evening carbs. I am currently trying to cut down and I'm limiting myself to about 50gs of carbs a day. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

This type of diet will make you feel a little more lethargic then usual and can make you feel a little flat when working out. And no you can't eat whatever you want except carbs , if you eat enough fat and protien you will not lose weight even if your carbs are kept low. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

So how do you go about a diet like this ? I am 5'10 190 lbs. Do I watch my caloric intake as well ? Maybe someone can orcastrate a plan for me . And my girl is 5'8" 145. how much carbs and cals or what ever i need to know please ? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
