Well, I'm getting ready to do my first cycle in five years...and a strange thing is happening. My intensity and strength levels at the gym are increasing....and I havent even started the cycle yet. My diet is very clean, lots of quality proteins, I'm drinking lots of water...but that is it. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this??? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you are doing better naturally then hold off on the cycle until you hit a wall. If you are gaining without gear then you have not reached the level that you need to be at before you should use gear. It will just be a waste. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
