Try cutting carbo and fat intake and running 30 minutes per day for 4 days a week (for 2 months).

If that doesn't work then use and ECA stack.

2thick, forgot to mention, you might want to change your diet, to a lower cal, lower carb, high protien mix while trying to cut fat.

DNP works well. It's rather risky but it works. I'd change my diet before i resorted to DNP.

DNP...yes, works good.10-15 lbs. of fat in 8-9 days.However, not recommended to the novice, considering it is an explosive,poison,insecticide,carcinogenic"phenol",and if not taken with lots of water and antioxidants may cause cataracts and/or blindeness.

CARDIO<=---------there only took one word... if you need additional help, try some clen,t3,winny.... or just use and eca stack... do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach... hold off from eating for approx 1 hour afterwards... you will notice results very quickly

mr bigs right on the cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach. I would modify my diet to reduce the carbs. If you need some help with nutrition send out a shout to [email protected] he knows his sh$t.

My p�rsonal experience si that a.m. aerobic work with an empty stomach burns as much fat as an aerobic work any time on the day.

I agree with animalb diet,cardio, t3 should do the trick, but dnn't forget to add an as when using t3 it eats muscle as well as fat!!

Four to five cardio workouts on an empty stomach in the morning, with about a gallon of water a day. No carbs after lunch some T3 (25 - 50 mcg spread out evenly during the day) and lift three to four nights a week. Try not to eat 3 hours before you go to sleep, if you need something in your stomach try a protein shake.
