Four to five cardio workouts on an empty stomach in the morning, with about a gallon of water a day. No carbs after lunch some T3 (25 - 50 mcg spread out evenly during the day) and lift three to four nights a week. Try not to eat 3 hours before you go to sleep, if you need something in your stomach try a protein shake. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
