Give me some feedback I am 19 years old, i weigh 236 lbs. 285 for 6 on the incline. 205 for 6 on military press. 415 for 7 on squat. 405 for 5 on the deadlift. 1200 for 15 on the leg press. How would you guys rank me am i progressing well or not? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
