I am now beginning the 5th week of my cycle, I am very satisfied with the results so far and am getting nwas oticeably bigger. What originally was my major concern, acne, is no of no worry to me. Not because I dont care about the acne anymore, because I do, but because I am starting to get stretch marks where my chest joins my upper arm. They are often left red and in pain. As it stands I can not move my arms without being in extreme pain in cases. It occurs after I do chest which is at the beginning of the week. Is there anything that can help reduce the problem, get rid of it, or anythign that stops the pain?

Thanks for the input in advance from anyone who maybe able to help. The cycle is 12 wks long. I am currently on 1000mgs of enanthate/wk and 350mgs of winny/wk. Soon to be adding some Fina in there at 300mgs/wk split up into mutiple doses.

I think ther is something women use when they are pregnant like viamin E or somthing like that. They rub it on there stumach. Check th women's board also thay may be able to help.

Good luck. Good to see you're making those kind of gains!

Thanks for the reply T-bone. I may be wrong but I believe these stretch marks are different from those to what a women gets.

When a bodybuilder gets stretch marks it is because their muscle is growing at a much quicker rate than their skin. This added to the pump causes the skin to rip or tear in places in a matter of hours, leaving the skin red and sore (stretched). This is what is causing me the pain. A woman will get them but at a much slower rate and they will not be in the pain that I am in. I think the women are concerned with the look of the stretch marks and not the physical pain.

I will go over to the womens board and ask them anyway.

Once again thanks for the reply

Get some Vitamin E capsules. Open them up and spread the oily stuff directly onto the scretch mark. Also take 800-1600md/day orally. I always liked Quest brand Vitamin E, it has extra thigng in there to ge the Vitamin E absorbed. Start it quick though. I used to get alot on the on my lats and side of the pecs. Make sure you get both spots before they start. O BTW your gonna be very oily if you take 1600mg/day. Avacodo is popular as well if you can find an avacado cream...

I have more stretch marks than I can stand so I know exactly what you are going through. The best thing I have tried is Palmer's brand cocoa butter and vitamin E lotion. It seems to be helping with my current stretch marks. I have tried vit E lotion and retin-a 0.1% cream before but they didn't even touch the problem. Pregnant women often use cocoa butter on their stomach to prevent stretch marks and it works for them. Even if they don't stop spreading, they will eventually turn white and you can tan over them. It sucks but that is sometimes the price you have to pay to get big.

Vitamin E comes in a bottle @ 14,000 IU. It's thick and sticky but works wonders for my skin. Look for it at the drug store, or vitamin store.

I got stretch marks in the same place bro. When I first noticed it I didn't think much but then the fuckers started getting longer, wider and more red. So I got this stuff called Vita-K Solution for Scars & Bruises, it contains Vitamin K which is what you need for your skin to heal. Stack it with Vitamin E, it should work well. It helped me a lot, they didn't go away completely but stopped growing, redness and pain went away. Use it twice a day, when you wake up and before you go to sleep. Hope this helps..

vitamin E both the oral and topical as well as a skin softner your choice there are many. . .should help the pain, but the marks will stay with you forever, sorry thats the small price you pay for growing faster than your own skin.

Damn, I love my stretch marks. They're proof that I'm FINALLY getting bigger. Of course, they're under my arms so you can't really see them, but hey be thankful you have them. Wouldn't suck even more if you just didn't get any bigger?
