Well we just finished Bi's and starting are first set of dumbell press for shoulders and that's when it happened. If you don't already know Aky dislocated his shoulder a few months back. So he tell me before he start's that he doesn't think that he can do shoulder press yet and if it pops it is my fault, and I am a person that believes it high intensity training and that when someone say's they can't lift it I call them a bitch and they better lift it. so anyway he does 2 reps fine then pop goes the weasel the dumbell fly's across the floor, fuck it looked funny even though it wasn't. Now training is fucked up because once again I don't have a partner so much for are cycle plans starting feb 1 more like april, may now.

Oh well think of it this way Aky next time when you tell me that you can't do it I might believe you but don't push your luck.

H Kry, the only thing you seems to worry about is loosing a training partner. Sorry my friend but in your post you state that this is YOUR fault. You should listen to your training partner, not only look at your own interests. So this is definitly your fault that Aky is maybe out for several months. Nice training partner and i mean you.

The bad thing about shoulder dislocations is that the more it happens, the more chance it will happen again. You've stretched the ligaments/tendons and before they were fully healed, you stretched them again. You may now be susceptible to easily dislocating your shoulder again and again. I have a friend who has dislocated his shoulder a number of times. It is so bad now, that if he dives in the water, he will pop it out.
