I'm going down to get arrested in the next 30 days.then I will get a trial date and go to court.This is really bad timing. The whole incident happened over 8 months ago and they're just now getting their act together.This will be my second aggravated assault charge.the first time I got in a fight with a kid at my old highschool and won,so they pressed charges.(he started the fight, I finished it).I can't tell you guys exactly what happened because it could be used against me in court but I can give a brief explanation.My friend got into a fight with another guy and and was winning until this larger guy took him down and started choking him.My friend blacked out and I feared for his safety so the bottom of my sandal kinda met his head and knocked the kid unconcious with some slight bleeding on the brain.I regret doing it now but I panicked and made a bad choice. Just wanted to let you guys know so you wouldn't wonder where I went if I happen to go to prison. ------------------ In the Great words of Brad Knight "Lift it pussy!"     | ||

a mate of mine got pulled in the other day - assault. $3500 in damages. 12 months good behaviour. crazy stuff, and all for breaking the face of the prick who called his girl a slag. i hope you get off ok. ------------------ | ||

I think your lawyer should get you off because they waited much too long to get the wheels in motion. It will take months to go to trial so you should not even be tried. | ||

Well if you do end up going to jail, I would suggest injecting a few grams of sust right now or the day before you go in. I mean you'll probably get to lift in there, and all of that gear flowing through you veins will propably help prevent you from having to toss some guy's salad. That would be awsome if you could get a buddy to mail you letters made of paper gear too.Wow, when I started writing this I was only kidding, but now that I have actually read it, I think it is a really good idea. | ||

Well, if the fight happened in Arizona along with the first: things do not look good. Arizona is pretty rough on teens and violence in general. My brother-in-law spent did some time down there on similar charges. But hey, with a good lawyer and a sharp wit, you should be able to beat the rap. | ||

All you have to do is say you were in fear for your friend's life.He was being choked to death and you made a split second decision to prevent great bodily harm and/or death.If you have to get on the stand to testify,make sure you cry,and you are sincere. If the jury sees the fear in you that were feeling at that moment,there is a good chance you will walk away ------------------ | ||
