that u get a better shoulder work out if your tris are trashed or fresh because i just started training chest tris and shoulders ,in that order, and i startoff with milatary presses and i had to drop 20 lbs on that.

I have thought about this before too, kind of like doing hams right after you blasted your quads. Your tri's are fried, but you should still work your shoulders the same. The weight you lost on the military presses was that little extra weight that your tri's were pushing. Its all mental man.

I think you should train shoulders before tri's otherwise your tri's are lible to fatigue before you even touch your shoulders

I always mix'n' match my workouts so sometimes tri's follow shoulders & viceversa. It's all good as long as the intensity is there bro.Btw.I think this belongs on the training board. ------------------

Bro, I train them on their own day. It seems to work very well for me. I warm up with the hammer strength military machine. Then I do militaries, dumbbell presses,Lateral raises, and shrugs. I also toss in front raises or upright rows. Mike ------------------

You've gotta do seperate days I think (personally) Chest and tris on one and shoulders a few days later, usualy seperated by a leg day. |
