Ok brothas' I usually wake up around 9am or so in the morning, drink a shake then hit the gym... Well a couple of months ago I found a workout partner and he has to go to work early. I now have to get up at the WEEE hour of 5 am... (the sun has not even began to rise mind you!!!!) Now my question... if your not a morning person can you actually become one... Seems to me each morning is as difficult to rise as the next. Anyhow thought i would vent!!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I think you kind of get used to it, but it doesn't last. During basic, we got up at either 4 or 5, mostly 4. Shortly after I got back I still had a hard time getting up early. Now I'm horrible, I have two alarm clocks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

pops has been getting up at 530ish for 20 years or so. Even on the weekends he can't sleep past 7. i guess it's a military thing. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I think it's individual. When I used to train at 6am my strength was shit. I fucking hate waking up before 8-9. Too bad the world's doesn't work for people like us... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
