Not about AS, but read nonetheless please, just some stuff I was tossing about in my head:
I will wake up in the morning, on an empty stomach and take 2-3 clen. Then I will do 20 minutes of intense cardio Body-For-Life style, which I feel is the most effective form of cardio I've ever done. I will then only consume less than 1/2 of my daily calories (5000) before 6 o'clock, which is when I get back from the gym. Then, between 6 and 9:30 I will consume 3000 calories, because the majority of these calories will go to muscle growth. The only thing I haven't figured is when to take in fat. I can't take it before bed, which I usually would, because my insulin levels will still be high. I was thinking maybe of eating only protein and fat until right before my workout, when I'll take some carbs for energy. What do you guys think? Please respond. Also, if anyone has any idea of a carb-free food that contains only protein and healthy fats I'd love to know... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It kind of looks like you may be trying to combine the keto diet with a regular one. In this case it doesn't look like it would work because you would never go into ketosis. You may have better luck with just a balanced, but low fag, diet. It probably would be beneficial to avoid as much fat as possible in you after-workout meal as you stated due to insulin levels. I'm no expert though, just my thoughts. Oh, I also recommend getting up early afternoon, I don't like getting up in the early morning. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Although I do recommend a low-fag lifestyle(actually zero for me) I intended to type low-fat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Actually I was initially going to go low-fat the whole way through, until I read this article that E2 linked to: "AND THE GREAT NEW DIET BY "ANIMAL"--ANIMALOBOLICS, IN A NUTSHELL YOU TRAIN THE NIGHT BEFORE THEN RELOAD WITH CARBS STRAIGHT AFTER YOUR WORKOUT, THEN CARB DEPLETE UNTIL THE NEXT NIGHT. ONLY TAKING PROTEIN AND FATS. NOT EVER RAISING YOUR INSULIN LEVELS SO YOU KEEP IN LIPOSIS. If you want more info on this fucking brilliant way to diet look on the "underground library message board", its well worth the read. And I cannot possibly do justice to it in a few lines of words. All right lets get back to the diet. I weighed myself this morning and had a very pleasant surprise. I scaled in at 228 pounds of lean body weight. As I had hardly any carbs in my system or the water weight, which comes with carb stores, I had gained 7 pounds of lean body mass since my pgf2a experiment. So when I ingest carbs again and rehydrate my muscles, this figure will go up" I wish I knew where that full article was.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
