Cycle:
Sust@500mg for 8 weeks
Utlragan@400mg for 10 weeks
Clomid Post Cycle

Start: 255lb.
Week 1: +7lb. (262lb.)
Week 2: +14lb. (269lb.)
Week 3: +19lb. (274lb.)
Week 4: +23lb. (278lb.)
Week 5: +27lb. (282lb.)
Week 6: +31lb. (286lb.)

Well here we are at the end of week 6. I've come a long way since November 11th. 31 pounds is fantastic in my opinion, amazingly I've still got 4 weeks left. I still have 13%bodyfat. So I'm very pleased that I really haven't gained too much fat. I decided to hold off on the Winny at weeks 9-12. Sides: I started to get a few bloody noses this week, as a result of high blood pressure. Strength really hasn't gone up too much since last week. 14lb. to go until my goal....

Those are some excellent gains bro.

Very simular to the cycle I will be starting Jan.1st. Except my test will be at 750mg/week, Ultragan will be the same, 400mg/week and I will be throwing in some D-bol for the first 4 weeks.

What is your calorie, protein/carb/fat intake per day???

Wake up: Bagel, Yogurt, Banana, Weight Gainer 1850, EAS protein drink, glass of water.

Meal 2: 12" Turkey Subway Sub, EAS protein drink, Weight Gainer 1850, glass of water

Meal 3: 2 pieces of Grilled BarBQ Chicken breast, Banana, Weight Gainer 1850, Water

Meal 4: MesoTech Peanut Butter Bar (awesome)!!, Glass of Milk, Weight Gainer 1850.

Meal 5: Whatever I decide to eat: Hamburger, chicken sandwich, pasta, etc...whatever....

Meal 6: MesoTech Peanut Butter Bar, EAS protein drink, water

This usually equates to about 6500 calories and somedays 7000 cals. but remember I weigh 286lb. Hopefully this diet can take me to 300+ while on the cycle. Then around April I'll start the Winny Only Cycle for 8-10 weeks. And hopefully with my fingers crossed I'll be 285-295lb. with 8-10%bodyfat.

I am 6'4'', it's not like I'm 5'9'', then I'd be ready for Flex Mag.

If any of you guys caught last months issue of Muscle Magazine, Sean Allen had a little picture and side article. He was 6'4'' 315lb. at contest bodyfat, which is probably 2-3%. This means he is 6'4'' 350+ offseason. And he's still not IFBB quality, so I still have a ways to go. But thanks for the incouragement.

It usually adds up to 1850 cals, but I usually take a little extra so about 2200 cals. per day from weight gainer.

I usually eat about every two hours. And with the Equipoise, which is soon becoming one of my favorites, Anavar being #1. Your hunger will never end on this cycle. It kicks ass. But I don't intend on competing, I plan on going to the NFL, in about 3 years.

Surehands- It's Properformance Weight Gainer 1850 made by GNC, so when Super Tuesday comes around buy a shit load of it, its my all time favorite supplement!!

This is my second cycle: my first cycle was a 6 week cycle of Omna/Dbol this past summer. I gained 42lb. off that but only kept about 25lb. But my long football season contributed to the weight loss too.

After I finish the Sust/EQ cycle by the end of January, I'll wait about 2 months and then start up a Winny Only Cycle for 8 weeks. I'll probably lose a little weight, but hopefully it will just be bodyfat.

I'm also considering these short cycles. I think about 4 or 5 consecutive Test Prop only short cycles could be very productive especially with random drug test by the NCAAssholes, that I have to deal with.

It's not an update quite yet, but on the next update it will not be to impressive. I've come down with my 3rd cold in 8 weeks. I don't know if I've lost weight, but I feel lighter, so I'll keep myself and everyone else guessing.

Prototype-

My workout usually looks like this:

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back/Shoulders
Day 3: Tri's/Bi's
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Repeat

Then this summer I'll start my Winny and strength shoes and try to get my speed to 9.78 and beat Ben Johnson.
