hell yeah bro 250 is too low use about 500-750 should be good for you the most i ever would take is 1gram(1,000mgs)but havent done that yet. AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE!!!!!!!! P.S.GAMEOVER!!!!!!!! | ||

Hey fellas would you suggest 500 for even a first timer?? Do you think that 500 sust and 400 deca for a first cycle is too much. I am 5'10" 185-190 lbs. Training intense for about 2 years. Competive in bodybuilding contests. | ||

500mgs is twice as much as 250mgs. . .and by the way in my opinion the minimum dose for noticeable results with sus. 500mgs that is. ------------------ | ||

i did both 250mg and 500mg separate cycles. i would only do the 500mg only cycle from now. ------------------ | ||

I am planning on 250 every four or five days. That would average out to be about 350-400gm of test a week. This would be my second cycle and I am sure it would bring some great results. Plus I will add a real low doasge of EQ in each shot.

Take into consideration the fact that either dose is gonna suppress you natural test production. The 250mg/per week isnt a whole lot of extra test in your system when you figure that it also has to replace what your body would have been producing. So use 500mg/wk at the very least. |
