Tommorrow will be the end of week 5 of my cycle....I have definately not seen the results I have expected. My cycle is...

sust 750mg/week Deca 400mg/week

I have gained about 5 pounds on this cycle..thats it. With that said I have come to the conclusion my DECA is fake..its yellow top...I was never comfortable with the exp date..it doesn't look like it was stamped. I should have gained so much more with this cycle..

The sust is definately real....my sex drive skyrocketed and gyno set in about week3/4...so I am on Nolvdex..20 mg/day. Any less and the symtoms come back. I'm sure thats contributing to my lack of gains. I was on a "see-food diet" but I have added almost 2 INCHES to my waist and that is unacceptable..so my diet is toned down a bit.
I have made gains though..especially in strength.,,,i.e.,,

Bench max before = about 400

Bench now = 405 x 3 reps

Also my muscles are much more pronounced...i.e trap/delt tie in much improved....everything seems "harder"

Granted I have 3 weeks to go before I come off...I was just expecting a tad more at this point.

I think maybe I was overtraining too....is this possible??? I was hitting each bodypart,except legs, hard twice a week....I have just changed it to a bodypart every 5 days...

Any thoughts,comments,or flames about anything I wrote is greatly appreciated..

You might be over training a bit. I would make sure you keep the protein intake way high. Drink a shake right before bed too. Even with the sust alone you should have gained more. Deca gains come on slow that is why people usually cycle it for 8 weeks+. I gained more than that in 2 weeks on test alone. Some was water but still...

Sorry to hear this. Have you done cycles before containing test? And if so; what where your results?? Perhaps you are overtrained...

This is my first test cycle.....actually my first "real" cycle so to speak...I did keep my protein intake high...I thought I would explode off of this cycle.....

More stats

I'm 31 5'11" and about 236 pounds (17% BF)

This could be fiction, but I have always heard different people respond differently to deca. I don't like it, but my body loves test. 750mg of test should be enough to make you blow up.

I've taken 750mgs sust on it's own & stacked also & the gains i've made have always been v.good.
With the gains you've made after 5wks makes me agree with you about the deca being fake bro.Overtraining & protein intake plays it's part obviously but still,is there anyway you can get the "deca" tested?

If your Deca is fake then the Sust should really be kicking in around week 5-6. Keep getting 4000 clean calories with about 300g per day.

You will not be sorry. Using 750mg of Test is still a good amount so you will see good gains soon. Don't get discouraged.

I would love to get my deca tested I paid a whopping 24 bucks a vial and I bought 20...ripped off indeed!!!

I'd say right now I am getting 4000 cals a day and 300g of protein..I'll keep it up and I'll see what happens with the extra time between workouts. I'll continue to take the deca as I don't no for sure if its fake..

I don't think your diet is the culprit at all. And if your gear is real....the test is all that is really important anyways for significant gains, that leaves your training. Try switching to a high volume approach and train each bodypart every 5-6 days, i.e. go for the pump.

like the other guy said , go for the pump. It's not how much, it's how well. I can bench 4 plates aside for 6-8. But in control, very slow on the negative, hold it for a 1/2 to 1 second, then explode on the way up. Do this with every exercise. Every rep as good as the last. 99% of people do not get the most out of their workout. When training bi's and tri's imagine yourself on stage posing for those judges, and your squeezing those bi's as hard as you can, and pushin those tri's down as hard as you can. This works so damn well...you say your possibly overtraining, I always do 12 sets,no more no less! If you train this way, you'll have a hard time getting 12 sets, but it all depends on how bad do you wanna grow. You said your diets good. Deca is so conterfeited that you really have to know what to look for in fakes. Try some Equipoise next time. Similar results. Cheap too. In canada, a good price for 50ml's is between 250-350. Hope this helps.

I'm really starting to think my training is the culprit...I'm so concerned about going heavy that rarely do I get a good pump...bad habits are hard to break but I need to train better...lighter weight, more reps..
