OK Here is the problem, I have ordered something off a companies web site. They sell products you dont need a script for. It was approximately 6 weeks ago and they are not replying to any of my e-mails. I know from my credit card bill that they did take the cash out of my account. Where do I go from here? Anything I can do to get my money or products? ------------------     | ||

yeah he did they are not e-mailing him back but sorry bro i hope i could help but i hate to say it you have been ripped off.but still wait you could get it and i might be wrong. If they do not respond to your e-amils or calls call your C.C. company and tell them to dispute that amount because product was never recieved. You will get a credit. | ||

Send an email to them (make it sound official, date it and cc yourself). Ask them to please respond or you'll contact your credit card company. This will usually get them to respond. If not, then call your CC company and get them to take care of it. It's happened to me a few times, and I got my money back right away. CC companies don't like fraud, and don't like their customers being screwed over like that. You shouldn't have any trouble at all. | ||

According to the terms of the agreement you sign with the credit card companies as a vendor you are not allowed to charge a card you do not have on hand, in other words, the internet or phone until the merchandise ships. Tell your credit card company you are disputing the charge and they will take it off your bill ------------------ | ||

Ulter is correct also if U.S. based the BBB (Better Business Bureu) Will record claims and take action if necessary |
