Im sure several of you have read i got popped for mailing a shipment to a buddy of mine.....my attorny worked a deal with the DA, and i am going to get 5 years first offenders probation for conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act. my buddy(dumbass that he is) for signing for a package he knew was siezed is in some shit. they have 4 boxes that were shipped to his address over the past year(he threw the customs letter away and still used the same addy and name) to the same assumed name he asked me to send to. he had a good biz in our small town and was even supplying to a couple of police officers and corrections officers(1 has already been fired and charged with posession). well from what the state drug task force has told my attorney, he is looking at a 5 year sentence but will probably get 120 days boot camp and probation. but he is singing like a canary and will be a sought after man when he gets out. luckily i can still attend law school since the charge is a felony but will not go down as a conviction unless i fuck up again...but no juice for me until i dont have to report...oh well...thought you all might like to hear the outcome of my mess!!! later     | ||

shipping from overseas, and my buddy can rot in jail for all i care, he has sold out alot of good bro's and should have never accepted a package that he knew was siezed....i showed him on monday on his computer using the UPS tracking numbers that there was a FDA hold on the package. i think he was gonna try and sign for it and that i wouldnt know about it...so he could fuck me out of my $$$$$. shaw PS: merry christmas everyone.....oh yeah..$1500 for an ATTY, and a $2,000 fine as well....so thats about $5,000 out of my pocket!!! | ||

So tehcnically, how much juice did they nail your friend for? Are we talking 4 small shipments like enough for a few cycles, or was he getting quantity? Just curious because we are all at risk and you are experienced with this shit no. ------------------ | ||

the bad one.....Im a celebraty in town now...haha...did you see all the publicity we got? front page on the paper two days in a row....on the channel 13 news...and even radio coverage....hell we got as much coverage as the sheriff elect getting assasinated in north GA....you know not trying to be predjudice, but if we werent two white guys, they probably wouldnt have made such a big deal out of all this!!! what do you think "B"??? shaw | ||

shaw, no kiddin' on the publicity you guys got around here...certainly seems like the drug task force was trying to make a big statement... what is really strange to me is a friend of mine who lives a few doors down got busted pretty much the same way D did on monday but his package was for 500 X pills from belgium, but you haven't heard anything about that on the front page of the paper. | ||

Well i consider myself lucky. the drug task force told me the DEA or Customs said they didnt want it....wish the task force didnt want it!!! but if the DEA would have taken it with the federal sentencing guidelines...i would be looking at a couple years minimum!!! so i consider myself lucky!!! I am truly sorry to hear about this. Sounds like you are getting off relatively easy which is good. Lets just say I've been in your shoes before. Is your offense eligible for "diversion". If it is, you're record will be completely wiped clean...no traces of anything as long you don't re-offend. Even if it isn't, you can still ask for a plea reversal to "not guilty" after your probation is up. Email me if you have any questions. Good luck and best wishes. | ||

How in the hell did you ever get caught. Shit don't say you used UPS. All you had to do was break up the shipments and mail in small quanities. Damn been getting stuff for years that way and never had a problem. ------------------ If you enjoy it today you can always do it again tomorrow. | ||

Been in a similiar situation. Had a friend rat on me while I was bringing the shit to him. How fucked up is that? Anyhow if I had the means I'd have him shot.
