just finished wkk 2 of sust/deca and up 4lbs from 200 to 204 sittting at about 4300 cals right now -only 5'5at 12.5bf-noticed a little strength gain-trying to get best gains without the extra fat-now know i can handle these cals cause bodyfat hasn't changedso thinking of goin to 5000 or more and yes they are all very clean cals!i know the biggest gains are yet to come so should i stay at 4300 or take it up?

The best is truly yet to come. In 2 more weeks you will know what I mean. I think your calorie intake is fine, given your goals.What are your dosages like????

Mess with the bull ya get the horns. Hey Kat are you trying to bulk? If you are eat everything, if your not you are eating taking in plenty of calories. What works best for me when not bulking is to not even worry about calories(personally think that calorie counting is overated) I worry more about protien usually double my body weight and the times I eat, six times a day but larger portions(of real food) morning and after I workout and 2 meal replacements in between. I think FLEX1 has a real good after bulking diet if that is what you are looking for.

it's of light 400 deca/300sust- it's kind of an experimental cycle to see how body reacts-have a heavier cycle of test e,eq and abombs all ready to go for next cycle/I've always had a water retent problem but believe it or not it seems better now i'm on gear!did a cycle 4-5yrs ago but fucked it up with bad diet so want to get it right! i was going to jump right in the heavier stack but after watching board for a whole talked to source and he told me to try this first- glad i did!

yes it's a bulking cycle butjust trying to add 10-15 good lbs- then for next bulking cycle i will have a better feel to eat like and animal-but why add the extra 10 to 15 of fat and water-i think it's possible to avoid this!

Yeah I guess you could avoid this. My definition of a bulking cycle is to eat wihout discretion and gain as much weight as possible. 3 bulking cycles and everyone of them I have gained 25-30lbs and kept around 20 after cutting. On my last cycle I avoided fat like a plague and still gained 25lbs kept 17lbs. With Sust and Decca you should be able to keep this down I however used Dbol and thus water. Good Luck.
