Cans someone answer that for me. Lately downloads and screen refreshes have been painfully slow. And I have super high speed DSL at my place so I know its not on my end. What gives?? Maybe it's caused by the crush of new posts...hehe

I'm not sure what you mean by slow. If you mean why doesn't a page load slow after you post it is because it is making 3/4 trips to the database before the post goes up and the page re-loads. Any database driven website is slower than a site that is only scripts and pictures.
