hi bros...had gyno surgery about 26 days ago. obviously i havent lifted yet as i'm not fully healed. i miss the goddamn gym. doc says i cant even run at this point...i've lost size and its not just in my head as guys from work have noticed. any of you guys who've had this surgery..how long before you were able to hit it hard in the gym?     | ||

Kid, I haven't been able to lift since Oct 11 due to a shoulder surgery, so I know how you feel. This shit sucks dick! ------------------ |
