any suggestions from you experts would be really welcome.
I'm a very frustrated 45 yr.old bodybuilder who's tried every supplement and calorie/protein manipulation known and have plateaued at 5'9', 176pds., and 9% bf. who'd really like to get to 190ish.Never used drugs before.
I have the opportunity to get t-gel.
Is it worth it????? Suggestions on its usage for effectiveness??
