today i was going to take my second B-12 shot of the week in my left glute (i always do the right one) but it was so awkward going to the other side (especially when i'm right handed). so today i thought i would try the shoulder for the first time. i always go real slow when putting the pin in and there was absolutely no pain or any problem at all going into the shoulder. lately i have had a lot of pain and gushers going into the glutes. i'm just happy i have found a better place to inject. do any of you think it is much easier to inject in the delt than anywhere else??

I never inject in my glutes. Havn't done shoulders yet...no need to. I hit quads. Not a problem yet. If in a cycle it was necessary for daily injection I would opt for shoulders over glutes. ------------------

well this morning i said it was no problem shooting into my shoulder. this evening is a different story. my delt is so sore!! i'm sure a lot of you get this as well when you shoot into the shoulder. i would still like to hear some others thoughts on shooting into their delts compared to other injection sites!

Never did quads, fellas, quads are by far the easiest, there is almost no pain and you can actually control the pin. . .I suggest you look into it, because throwing 3cc of oil in a delt isn't going to be fun. ------------------

With quads and delts it is not uncommon to have pain for 12-24 hours following the injection. I always try to do some kind of repetitive exercise with the muscle following an injection. Flushing the muscle with blood is a good way to disburse the gear. If the pain persists more than 2 days after the injection you should consult with a doctor. (Don't tell him about the injection, just say you have shoulder pain for some unknown reason) ------------------
