Anyone feels that doing aerobics before breakfast is not necessary in order to burn fat?? I have dieted while doing aerobics as first time in the morning before breakfast, and it was really hard to me because I didn�t have energy. On the other hand I got the same results in terms of fat loss by dieting while doing aerobics on anytime of the day, but without an empty stomach. do not put any sugar in the coffee, the hole point in doing cadio in the A.M. before you eat is because you can start to burn fat in 10 min because you blood sugar is so low. if you put sugar or eat before cadio it will take a min of 20min for you to start to burn fat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Slopain is right, but only if you don't vomit. . .I did last time I tried it. . .if you do get nausious throw down something anything light just to coat your stomach before the ECA. And yes, I think AM cardio is one of the keys to getting ripped. I would say 2x a day if your really committed, winny, eq, clen don't hurt either. Diet and cardio are the key however. . .I know we've all heard it before but getting ripped is nothing more than discipline. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
