All right, we have the aspiration survey going on. Here's another one. Who here does cardio(serious cardio, no 20 min walks) while on a bulking cycle. Myself, I avoid it.

My job require a lot of moving on my feet,so cycle or no cycle I love to sit down,or better-lay down,hehe...forget cardio!

20minutes on the stairs Monday, Weds, Fri,
45 Minutes on the Stairs Tues, Thurs
Doesn't matter to me if I am bulking or not, you lose your cardio conditioning you just can't train as well.

Amen Kodiak. I'm with you. I do 30 minutes 3xs/wk. Bike one day, stairs another, and treadmill the third. A lot of people worry that their gains will be hampered by cardio, but I don't think this is really true. I still gained about 20 solid .lbs on my last cycle.
