20minutes on the stairs Monday, Weds, Fri, 45 Minutes on the Stairs Tues, Thurs Doesn't matter to me if I am bulking or not, you lose your cardio conditioning you just can't train as well. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Amen Kodiak. I'm with you. I do 30 minutes 3xs/wk. Bike one day, stairs another, and treadmill the third. A lot of people worry that their gains will be hampered by cardio, but I don't think this is really true.
