Bro's
I've been taking 20 a-bombs a day with 50 ml/estrogen for the past five months, and doing calf raises 3 x 5, and bi-curls 2 x 10 twice a week. i also eat at least one large pizza a day. I have seen no results!! I'm 5'4, 347 lbs., 37% bf. What is going on??

Seriously, I have been "lurking" for the past several months on this and the a.com board, and enjoy the informative reading. Also want to give major props to those vets who take time to help out sheerly out of goodwill, like Kodiak, cubano, AJC, Ranger, jae, etc. Really cool of you guys. Looking forward to more great reading and learning, and training like a mutha#$%*@!

I think I can help you. You need add more food to that one pizza. Here's a good rythym for you:

Morning - 20 pancakes with extra thick syrup
Mid morning - 5 hotdogs with chili & cheese
Lunch - 1 large pizza with everything on it
Mid afternoon - Meatball sandwich
Early evening - Meatball sandwich
Late evening - Rice crispies cereal with milk

That should be good for something like 36lbs in one week (inside joke, anyone catch that?)
