Bro's I've been taking 20 a-bombs a day with 50 ml/estrogen for the past five months, and doing calf raises 3 x 5, and bi-curls 2 x 10 twice a week. i also eat at least one large pizza a day. I have seen no results!! I'm 5'4, 347 lbs., 37% bf. What is going on?? Also want to give major props to those vets who take time to help out sheerly out of goodwill, like Kodiak, cubano, AJC, Ranger, jae, etc. Really cool of you guys. Here's a good rythym for you: Morning - 20 pancakes with extra thick syrup That should be good for something like 36lbs in one week (inside joke, anyone catch that?)
