Thanks Vdevil- but what about for growth hormone release- supposedly it releases I think growth hormone and it is supposed to lean you out? | ||

I definitely feel more recovered after taking it. I think it does produce some sort of a growth hormone release, probably because you have a deeper sleep when you take it. I think E2 started a good thread on this a while back. Look for it in the archives. | ||

John937.....vivid dreams are an indication that you are getting good healthy sleep. Many otc sleep meds actually prevent REM (dream) sleep....which is the most beneficial type of sleep you can get. | ||

Vivid wasn't the problem. STRANGE & vivid was the problem! Melatonin rocks! And helps GH release. If only I could find it time release. |
