Most of your weight gains in the initial weeks are mainly water. Leave your doses the same. It will really start to "kick in" in another week or so. Be patient. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

you've been on your cycle for 24 days and gained 11 lbs, sound like you're doing fine, not to mention the cyp can take at least 4 weeks to even kick in. . .up the calories is always a good idea when bulking eat until you cant anymore. . .your true results have just begun, its not a question of the amount of gear, look more at your diet, training and rest. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

be cool, be cool. 11 pounds in three weeks is a big jump for your body to take. Just give it some time to adjust to the new weight and mass. You will be fine. If you up the calories (assuming you are already eating enough anyway) you will just get fatter, if you up the milligrams, you will probably be wasting it. I agree with Jae, at this point you would be waisting gear by increasing dosages....you are probably losing the water weight...and gaining muscle at the same time..not to worry bro..you'll grow!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
