I read in a post ephedrine was ranked a six out of 1 - 10 w/ side effects? Whats the sides? How true is this?     | ||

by itself it is not too bad, taken with caffeine in the ECA stack is where the "sides" come in. the caffeine is the kicker.work your way up in doses slowly. | ||

Hey bro, First of all I would not put too much faith in that ranking system. Ephedrine does have sides but nothing really serious as long as you don't have pre-existing heart condition or something along that lines. Others may know more. The sides that get me are having to take a piss every half hour or so and ephedrine dick. I believe this to be worse than deca dick. you can always grab viagra tho. | ||

The ephedrine dick is so true!!! I tried telling someone else that and they laughed. It really is worse than the deca dick (well neva had deca dick though).... anyone have some viagra I can borrow? | ||

the sides that i have experienced in a ECA stack would be the shakes, sweating, constant pissing and trouble sleeping, but hey having a great body is worth it! ------------------ | ||

If you combine ECA with Yohimbe, I swear you can just will shit to happen. Like "I wish I had some water" and BAM! There's water in front of you. I suppose you could argue that in reality you actually went and got it before your brain caught up, but who here lives in reality? Not me... I mainly just never could sleep - couldn't get more than 3 or 4 hours of sleep and would still feel fantastic as long as I was on the stuff, but then once I came off it I would sleep like crazy. woke up once thinking it was "early" but it turned out I had slept 19+ hours and it was night again. I'm on zoloft too though, and that isn't good to mix with ECA or Y. that's all I have to say about that. | ||

Increased heart rate, slight tremors, sweats, difficulty sleeping if you take it after 2pm. These are what I've experienced with eca. My doc told me never to stay on it longer than six weeks because of potential kidney damage. ------------------ | ||

Xman, I've never felt tired from it unless I'm dehydrated. In fact it's like my morning cup of coffee, or my energy drink. I guess it just depends on how your body reacts to it. I get the feeling you described while taking clen, just don't use it any more. ------------------ | ||

ephedrine fucks with your heart rate to be as simple as possible.. palpatations occur more often then not... as for the ephedrine dick.... depends on the dose, some times that fucker will stay hard for longer on the stuff... but too much and your limp for a few days. | ||

Ever bust a nut after taking a bunch of Ephedrine, its awsome. Stuff makes me screw for ever. Once in a while I like to take a bunch before going out to drink, makes you able to power drink. I guess its kinda like if you do a line of crank, so I hear. ------------------ | ||

all i have right now is vicodine dick lol... anyway, i was going to use the ECA after my bulking cycle but my heart rate is naturally between 105-130... now, is there anything that i can take with this to keep my HR stable(keep as is) | ||

Fact: Long term use of ephedrine causes dysfunction and suppression of the adrenal glands. This is why many feel very lethargic for weeks after cessation of a long cycle. It's just the same as any other trigger mechanism in the body when taking exogenous components to hype function of a gland. The solution would be to handle use of this drug like you do with other gear(taking sufficient breaks to allow restoration of the glands function) Long term use also causes enlargement of the prostate gland. This is why many complain of the frequent need to urinate.
