I'm 245lbs, 15-20%bf and I'm looking to get down to 9-10% bf. I've done a big bulking cycle, but now I really need to lose the fat. Should I bother adding AS to preserve muscle, or should I be able to acheive my goal in 2-3 months without it. How much more muscle will I lose w/o adding AS as opposed to with?

Oh, yeah, I have some primo and eq, so that's what I'd use ... otherwise, I'll save it for my next bulking cycle.

If u are going to diet that strictly then i'd say use the A.S.

I'm definitely going to diet. My problem is that I tend to restrict cals too much rather than not enough. Right now I'm planning on eating about 2800-3000 cals, 400grams protien/day.

I have no problem with using the juice, I just don't want to waste it.
