Hey bro, dont waste your money too. Everything that you hear or read about it is just "hype" I read an artice in Muscular Development, which is more of a scientific bodybuilding mag, and no real indepth test have been done to prove all their absorbsion times, it is just all market hype, save yourself so money, and buy a 1000gm of Prolabs Creapure Creatine, for relativly the same price, and that should last 3-5mths. Also, if you want, throw in some glutamine, that stuff really works great with creatine.

creatine is not stable in liquid form. any form of liquid creatine is snake oil regardless of what "special delivery systems" or other psuedo science bull is foisted on it like the man said, stick to micronized powdered. i use AST-SS, it costs $60Aus a kilo and works a treat.

my understanding is that creatine sold as liquid form is not stable, which means it gives the user no benefits except a lighter wallet. if you use creatine, buy the powder form and buy from a reputable brand http://www.fogdog.com/cedroID/AHT3540191001111/nav/products/nutrition/1f/pure_creatine_monohydrates/index.html ------------------
