There's been alot of talk on the board lately as to what BF% should be to do a bulk cycle.

If someone has there diet & training down but is having trouble losing fat, wouldn't it be better to bulk-up and gain mucle mass to help lose the fat?

It just seems that it would work better as long as the person kept the diet in check and didn't eat junk all the time while there on.

I've been wondering the same thing. A lot of people say you should do cardio and lose BF and then bulk and then cut. Or then you can hear something else saying you should bulk because more muscle burns more fat when you cut. I'm definately confused also.

it is hard to lose fat anytime. it is easy to be big, easy to be cut,but hard to be big and cut. dieting will cost you muscle, even with AS. the less fat you have to lose the less risk you have to lose muscle on your diet. dont get fat, if it hangs over your belt your fat.Peace
