Hit GNC and get the Full Spectrum version they carry. It'll be the best potency and have the highest absorbtion rate. I've managed several vitamin stores so am really familiar with suppl. Anything GNC, Schiff, Twinlab, Vitamin World, and Solgar will be pure and a safe buy. A lot of supplements have different grades so always make sure to get the highest grade. | ||

i hear that SUPER MILK THISTLE by ENZYMATIC THERAPY is the best and only one that really works. it comes in capsule form. it costs around $20 for 60 caps and you should be able to get it at any local vitamin store. | ||
