Does anyone know the exact deal with the new needle laws in NY. I heard that they will be legalized in on Jan 1. So this means all I'll have to do is walk into any pharmacy and buy them over the counter?     | ||

i live in ny and ys i heard it will be legal in 2001 but i just ordered mine off of carecenter.com - it took about 3days and got 100 of them for about 28.00$ besides what if a neighbor walks in the drugstore while you have a box of pins on the counter? | ||
