I'd like to know what you guys would do with the carbs on a sust/ deca cycle?should i taper the carbs late in the day or hammer them with the protein all day all night!the thing is I'm 5'5 200 12.5%bf and want to gain as much lean mass as possible but afraid of going too high on the cals cause being this short ya can't hide any of the fat!I'm in my 2nd week and gained 3lbs at 4000 cals a day going with a little more carbs on workout days then off days- and i know it's still too early for the gains but it's driving me fucking crazy thinking if the diets right or not! It's always been easy for me to gain weight and muscle! I read that guys gain 35lbs and lose 15 of it but what do ya got to do just to gain LBM.if have good diet sugestions just let me know! and also why the fuck is my face and neck getin so fuckin puffy!

If it's lean mass you're after bro,i would of used eq in place of the deca.I use deca only when bulking & not to bothered about bf.Just my opinion bro. ------------------

i have eq, test enan, and some a bombs for next cycle but might skip the aboms depending on the bloat and water on this cycle!is tapering the carbs after 9:00 pm a good idea or not in a bulking cycle? don't care if i gain a little fat but if half of all the weight i gain is fat then it seems like tooo many cals then wouldn't it?I guess i just want some reasurance that the good is going to outweigh the bad!

My last meal right before bed contains 32g of carbs. Hasn't affected me a bit. My meal at 7pm has 102g of carbs(that's not post training either). Bear in mind these are complex and fiborous carbs. If you are bulking eat away. You need the carbs for energy for your workouts and for its protein sparing effects. Contrary to popular beleif carbs are friendly. ------------------ |
