I feel like I'm on fire from the shoulders up. I read a post the other day about niacin and guys saying they like it, so I thought I'd try some. The bottle says your skin may become flushed. Flushed my ass! Feels like I have severe sunburn or something. I thought I was having an allergic reaction or something. All the sudden it was a little harder to breath then my face caught fire. Shortly my stomach started feeling really bloated. It's getting better, just some slight burning and tingling in my face. Guess letting it dissolve in my mouth was a bad idea. Should I expect this everytime I take it, or is it because I let it dissolve? It kicked in less than 5 min after I took it.     | ||

Ya man i know what u are talking about, my whole body would get red and spotting for like 1/2 an hour or so you just have to let it pass, the weird part is it wouldn't happen every time | ||

That shit happend to my mom I think she took niacin to lower her cholesterol level or something.. You need to take the time released ones.. | ||
