All right, heres another "thinking about my first cycle" post...(I am leaning towards a mild 1st cycle, so lets no get into a "blast the receptors 1st time" rant here) It is popular conception that you design your cycles either to bulk (fill all the receptors, work through all pathways and EAT EAT EAT) or to cut (use compounds with minimum aromitization, CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO) I know that for serious mass building, or serious cutting (under 6-7%) this is certainly the correct approach. I have read more than a few posts, however, where users both gained muscle mass and dropped fat. (Typically new users with proper training methods/diet on moderate cycles with things like Winny, Primo, EQ) I am currently pushing 180 at 5'-11" with about 12-13% BF. Would like to be about 180# at 8-9% BF This means lose 7-8# Fat and Gain about 10# muscle. I am in 30's. Naturally thin build. Up from 158# last fall. Thinking about: Winny 6 weeks to taper Clomid (100/50/50) 2 weeks after last sust shot. Cardio 3x/week (I haven't really been doing cardio at all lst 3 months) Help me fine tune this approach...Diet, etc. | ||
