I have plenty of nolvadex on hand for my sust/ref-b cycle. But how would I know if I needed to start taking it if I can't see any additional signs beyond whats always there. Should I just run therapy at 10mg/eod to be safe? ------------------     | ||

Pain or itching in the nipple area is usally the first sign. . .if you have already a natural predisposition to gyno, I would suggest armidex. Good luck. ------------------ | ||

Stonecold-Yes,if you already possess a pre-existing condition,then any aromitizable gear will only further aggrevate its growth.Nolvadex should be a mandatory ED add-on to any cycle that contains gear capable of estrogen conversion.10-20mgs/day will suffice,and contrary to what you may have heard,it really doesn't effect gains to any noticeable difference. Didn't have the itching but had the slight pain and bumpiness start recently, 2 months past end of cycle. Took 20mg daily for 4 days and it is already all but gone. First experience with this problem and this nolvadex. Also read on it how it can help you get harder as it lowers your estrogen. How long should one take nolva for post cycle anyway? | ||
