Im so sick of all these fucking supplements! Im currently taking 185g of whey protein every day and thats basically my only supp. You guys who know me understand that I am natural. However, what if anything can I take to increase intensity, lean mass legally? Is there such an animal out there. Im at a very bad sticking point and Im beginning to feel a lack of motivation. Currently Im 187lbs 6' about 8% bodyfat. I am very strong and am pretty cut. I would like to get to 195-200 lbs while keeping my 31'' waist. At 30 years old Im not looking to win any shows I just want to excell to the next level. Any input by my Iron Bros would greatly be appreciated!!

Man, ill tell you the only, and i mean ONLY thing that worked for me when i was natural. Some people will laugh and say bullshit, but this really worked. I took Anotesten & Nortesten. I dont know if your trying to stay away from those types of supplements, but it works. At least it did for me. I honestly felt like i was on juice, now that i think back to when i was taking the stuff. Give it a shot. Or, you could just start changing your training, diet, etc. Sleep more. Superset, do something to shock the fuck out of your muscles. Something will happen.

Pre-workout intensity=Dymetadrine by AST research.Strength/bodyweight increase=any effervescent creatine or creatine/carb combination.Glutamine will aid in quicker recovery and give your muscles a fuller look.Choose the peptides over the standard L form,as they're pre-digested,making for more efficient uptake.Essential fats(omega-3,0mega-6)such as that found in primrose and flax-seed oil, will also help you put on size like nothing else if you're deficient in them...

I feel your pain. I was natural for a long time and struggled the same way. The only natural supplements that ever did anything for me were: protein, multivitamin/mineral, ECA, creatine and glutamine. I tried just about EVERYTHING and this was my experience. Everything else is a waste of $$ and time.

When was the last time that you varied your training routine? When was the last time you took some time off? Are you eating 5-8x per day? Do you get enough sleep, etc... When you're a natty, all ducks HAVE to be in a row, lots of discipline (and obsession) required. You'll go through phases, ups and downs. Assuming you're not overtrained, try a variation in your training -- that's usually the fastest way (for me) to spark interest again.

up the carbs man. It's easier to bulk up with a little bit of a fat increase than to try to add mass on a lean diet. In my findings it's easier to burn fat than it is to gain weight.

Answer: Fina qualifies, but I don't think that's what you mean.
.
Alright to your problem or issue. Trust me every few months or even weeks I wake up my back hurts, my shoulder hurts, my pec is healing but torn, my neck is sore and I say why do I do this???? I get home from a shitty day at work or stretch with the old lady and again need to find some sustaining force to get my tail out of the house and into the gym. . .
Here are a few. . .
1) There is nothing wrong with targeting a week or two every few months to let your body rest. I will not quote medical journals to back this up, because I can't. I and many iron bro's know it works. When you get back to the gym you'll be refreshed and dying to get the PUMP back.
2) Change your training routine every 8 weeks. I do this without missing. Change your splits your core exercises and your training goals based on what you'd like to develope most over the next 50 days, mix up your off days, cardio, bulking cutting, any of the above.
3) I and just about every brother on this board trained AS free for a long time before getting into the gear. I have nothing but respect for a brotha, like you fighting to stay clean and make gains in the gym...I caustion you to be realistic. . .the body grows quickly, than moderately and than slowly. . .it is just the way it works. You body reaches a natural genetic potential and after that you have to fight to move up. . .you can, you will. . .AS are an obvious choice at this point, but depend on your goals. . .the point here is there are many supplements on the market that may increase your intensity when you get down to it. I drink a cup of black coffee everyday at 4:00PM, not 7:00AM, ERGO: Caffeine. ECA, Ephedrine, all work according to bro's for the instant pick me, Creatine has some, (only some) limited positive results, the bottom line is real food, good food and smart training habits are the only answer, whether your on AS or natural. . .If you continue to develope those you will grow. . .
Good Luck,
Kodiak

Good point Kodiak!!!! I have often wondered when my body will peak naturally. My gains have definatelly slowed, however I am still gaining. So until I stop growing alltogether I will do everything in my power naturally to reach my goals. It has crossed my mind many times of what a few cycles of deca or something else may due to my body. That scares me. I have had many friends who do juice tell me that if I were on AS I would be phenomenal!!! Its not easy.

Try putting alot more emphasis on your leg training. When I was natural I made the best gains (including upper body) when I really focused on hammering my legs. Devote two days a week to leg training. On one do squats and quad assistance stuff, on the other do deadlifts and hamstring/lowback assistance. With an upped calorie intake, you will grow. Hitting the legs hard will cause a better hormonal/metobolic effect from training, which is just what a natural trainer needs.
