Does anyone have experiance using short cycles to cut up, or are they only good for bulking. would you see better results with 1 8 weeks cycle, or 4, 2 week cycle with 2 weeks between short cycles.

I love short cycles and will always do them from now on for Bulking or Maintaining while positively adding to my body composition. One thing I wouldnt try them for would be for Cutting. What is the most you can lose in 2 weeks with T3, Clen and Gear. I would think not more than 2-3% bodyfat. Then you have to layback for 4 weeks before you can cut again. It depends how cut you want to be. If you only want to lose 2-3% then perfect but if you are aiming to lose 5-10% then go with a conventional cutting cycle in my opinion. ------------------

I think you've got this backwards. You bulk for the two weeks you are on. You cut during the 4 weeks off. During your on cycles you will gain enough muscle to loose a little while dieting for 4 weeks. I'm getting sick of all these cutting cycles. If you aren't on year round, use your time off to diet. Use your time on to gain the muscle back with interest. |
