saturday was the end of my first 6 weeks of my cycle. my cycle consits of: sus 500MG a weeks(250mg twice a week) deca 400mg a week(200mg twice a week) 6 paper tabs of dbol a day(5mg per paper) So now i am done with the dbol, and its just the deca and the sus for the next 4 weeks. at the begging of the cycle, i was 223, and saturday my weight was 236. 13lbs in 6 weeks. is this normal, im having the hardest time adding weight. i checked my bodyfat, and the % has not changed. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Calories, Calories, Calories. . .the only way. . .(protien too), the bottom line is your gains are quite respectable in both strength and weight gained. . .everyone is different and we all grow at different rates w/ or w/out AS. . .I would continue on the course you've begun, maybe up the Calories and Protien if you can and keep us posted, but there is nothing wrong with the gains you've made. Perhaps your losing perspective. Think about a buddy lifing with you during the same 40 days, how much has his strength increased if at all???????? His weight????? Im happy with the gains ive made so far, but i just feel like i should be makin bigger gains when i hear about these guys gaining 30, 40, or even 50lbs off 1 cycle. are these guys for real, or is must of it bull shit. i mean i cant imagine gaing that kind of weight. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

13 pounds in 6 weeks is really great. You should be proud. Not everyone experiences that in 8 weeks. I'd much rather put on 13 quality pounds than to be one of these guys that puts on 30 pounds and looks fat. That person would still have to cut some of it up which would make him lose a majority of it. With the cycle you're on, they should be quality pounds, not quantity. So, those are real nice gains. Especially since your body fat didn't increase. That's what I'm going for on my cycle. I'd love to add 15 quality pounds on my Sustanon and Proviron cycle. That's what I'm aiming for too. Be proud. crash is right. Better to REALLY add 15# then 30 and lose 20 after the cycle has ended. Real question is what is the cycle for. A lot of guys gear up only to do it for the wrong sport, BB v PL. On stage a BB only has to look as stong as a PL, not really be as strong. For PL, 275>315 is not that great on a cycle, but I guess you are doing BB more. i enjoy powerlifting more then bodybuilding, even though im no where close to either one. but i do want to improve my defination on my next cycle, which is still in the works. as far as where the 13lbs has gone, my bicept's where 16" cold before the cycle, and now there a solid 17" cold. my sholder's definatly look bigger as well as my traps, and lats. so it gonr to the right spots. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Sust never really worked for me until week 5 or 6. That's when I noticed the gains. Hang in there bro. 13lbs so far is not bad at all. Eat more, sleep more and eat some more again. You should end up close to 20lbs. Not bad at all. I know the feeling, you start second-guessing yourself mid cycle. Keep it up bro and don't get discouraged. First of all I want to say that I really did gain 42lb. off my first cycle. I was home from school when I did it and I slept like 12 hours a night, ate constantly, never missed a workout and didn't go out a single night to party while on the cycle. Granted, I had no life because everything revolved around me gaining weight, but it worked and I gained 100lb. on my bench press as well. im with manchild, i don't do shit, i sleep a lot, never miss a meal or a workout, eat a lot and just grow, pre-cycle i was around 145, then after my sus 500mg for 8 weeks, i was 160 (i did not look muscular though, just more bloated), then i finished at 165 one week later (never lost anything), and now since i am eating a A LOT!, i'm up to 180 now, but i think i gained like 10 pounds of fat from 165 lol, but ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Eat more food... My theory on bulking--- Eat as much as possible of whatever you want/don't want... Make a goal of like 7000 calories. It sounds hard to get that many, but if you think about it, it's only like 10 hamburgers, or chicken burgers. Throw in a few protein shakes and other basics, and your gunna gain like mad.... ![]() ![]() ![]() |
