It seems like whenever my friend does a cycle of juice..he gets a pain on the bottom, right in the middle of his feet...nothing unbearable...but just enough to notice..anyone else have this problem??

Mr. H this isn't a pins and needles feeling (so he tells me) it feels more like if you have bruise on the bottom of your foot..and he only gets it on his right foot...

I had that from PGF2a and it also started in the right foot. A month later also in the left foot. The more i wanted to shoot, the more pain. For me it was in the hiels. And now 2 months later i do feel things there, but no more pain. And i know for sure that when i would restart, it would come back instanly, as if it is still there just waiting to come out.

Not entirely related but I get a twitch in my left eyelid when I am on test. . .might be a blood pressure thing, it isn't noticeable except to me, but it is annoying. Not certain why your friend gets a pain in his foot, unless he hits the same spot with his pins and might be hitting a nerve. . .doesn't seem likely but its the only guess I can come up with.

Kodiak, but if he would hit a nerve, believe me (and you know this too) he would know and try not to do that again, so no, wrong guess.
My best shot is arthritis of any kind. But is could be wrong too.

Has your friend ever had his uric acid levels checked ?, or does Gout run in his family ?. First thing to do is have his uric acid levels checked. A protein rich diet can contribute to raised uric acid levels. Now if your friends kidneys were not excreting the uric acid from his blood, the uric acid turns to gout. As the gout is 'heavier' than your blood it usually effects either one or both feet. Although it can effect all your extremities in sever case's. Left untreated the gout will case kidney stone's, even between bout's of pain. If it's the case your friend is suffering from gout and he'll be put onto medication for the rest of his life, yep no kidding. Although it's not as bad as it seems. The medication is one Allupurinol tablet in the morning, and with this treaatment his diet and life style can return to normal. I suffered my first attack of gout 8 years ago, and I'd really advise your friend to have his levels check. His doctor can do it with a simple blood test to check his kidney functions. There's no need to tell his doctor about his steroid use either, and it won't show up in his uric acid test. Hope that was'nt too long winded.
All the best, regards....

On my last course my feet would feel swollen and when I got out of bed inthe morning would feel painful to walk on. This would usually suside within 10 mins. I thought it was because of high blood pressure or because of the additional weight I had put on. It ceased after I came off though.

Jesus, Bouncer you have me worried now. My damn feet kill me all the time, since ive been on my current cycle. It really only hurts when i go heavy on my leg days, but i mean, my feet almost kill me! By the time i get to doing calves, i cannot hardly even walk afterwards because my feet hurt so bad. Maybe its just from all the weight put on them by squats, etc, and my body just isnt used to that kind of weight? I dont know, but a blood test and visit to the doc are in store for me very soon.
